Meet Cathleen A Behrens
My mission is to help people create their own "Health and Wellness Home and Garden Oasis"
of sorts. As a Health & Wellness Coach, I teach the benefits of incorporating natural, clean and
safe plant-based solutions to provide a vibrant health of mind, body & spirit so you, your loved
ones and "furry friends, if you own pets", can benefit and enjoy life to the fullest!
A little History Both of my parents died of Multiple Myeloma Bone Cancer, and I was
told it is not hereditary. The American Cancer Society has said that 10-15%
of cancers are hereditary. If that is true, we should be able to lasso in
the other 85-90% under our control, right? How did they get cancer?
I suspect from some type of unsafe, hazardous product
exposure. I was not aware back then how so many household products
are unsafe and wreak havoc to our body systems!
Switching to a Healthier Lifestyle
Today we have switched over to a new "crunchy" (healthy) lifestyle
by intentionally swapping out the hazardous products for clean
and safe healthier choices, so we can live life at its very best and
do all those things we love to do!
